Olympic Village, human settlement in France
Olympic Village is a large residential complex spanning Saint-Denis, Saint-Ouen, and L'Ile-Saint-Denis north of Paris that housed nearly 14,500 athletes during the 2024 Olympic Games. After the games, the site transforms into a permanent neighborhood with apartments, offices, shops, and parks for families and workers.
This area was once an industrial zone with factories and warehouses before construction began in 2019 to build the Olympic Village. The transformation represents a shift from industrial use to modern sustainable housing that will remain after the games end.

The village is easily reached by public transportation, especially through Saint-Denis Pleyel metro station and new planned tram and subway lines.
