Tête de Siruol

The peak reaches an elevation of 2053 meters and presents steep slopes with a ridge that extends along the Vésubie valley in the Southern French Alps.

The summit has served as a significant geographical marker for shepherds and travelers navigating between the Tinée and Vésubie valleys since medieval times.

Local farmers maintain traditional alpine pastures near the summit, where they produce specialized dairy products following methods passed down through generations.

The ascent to Tête de Siruol begins at Granges de la Brasque, requiring proper hiking equipment and approximately seven hours for a complete round trip.

During clear weather conditions, the summit provides simultaneous views of the Mediterranean Sea, the Mercantour peaks, and the island of Corsica.
