The 21.5-hectare park features extensive lawns, walking paths, themed gardens, and sculptures along the Seine River banks.

Originally planned as a port area in 1964, local officials successfully transformed the space into a public park, which opened in 1981.

The Tour aux Figures sculpture by Jean Dubuffet stands as a central artistic element within the park, accessible through guided visits.

The park operates daily with seasonal hours, reached via RER Line C to Issy-Val-de-Seine station or Tram T2 to Les Moulineaux station.

The Discovery Garden contains an ecological pond and biological vegetable garden where visitors learn about local flora and fauna through interactive displays.
