Issy-les-Moulineaux is a commune in the southwestern Parisian suburbs on the left bank of the Seine in the Hauts-de-Seine department. The area extends across several neighborhoods with residential districts, office towers, and public facilities along the riverfront.
A battle took place in July 1815 during the Hundred Days between Prussian and French forces. The former airfield served as the main site for Parisian aviation in the early 20th century.
