The building opened in 2010 and replaced a former utility company tower after thorough decontamination and material recovery from the site. This development followed significant demolition and site cleanup efforts.
The building represents modern French corporate architecture, designed by international firm Arquitectonica with an emphasis on environmental responsibility.
The tower is accessible via its main entrance and equipped with elevators for vertical movement between floors. The site is reachable through well-designed access areas for visitors and workers.
