Château de Musigny is a classical-style castle at the eastern end of the village, reached by a long drive through a large park at the edge of the woods. Its pale facade, with evenly spaced shuttered windows under a steep slate roof, is flanked by two round towers added in 1847-1848; a lower chapel-like structure with an arched doorway stands in front, and the rear facade has a monumental staircase.

A castle at Musigny is first mentioned in 1461. Shortly before 1753 Jean-Auguste de Changey rebuilt it in the classical style; on that occasion the Estates of the duchy annulled a ruling he had sought obliging inhabitants of villages formerly attached to the old castle to remain there during rebuilding. The 1841 cadastre shows it on a rectangular platform ringed by partly water-filled moats. It remains a family inheritance of the de Roquefeuil family at the start of the 21st century.

The château is also called the château du comte de Roussillon, after the family that has owned it since the 18th century. It remains a private family inheritance of the de Roquefeuil family, held by them at the start of the 21st century. Visitors can spot the small square tower of an outbuilding, decorated with ceramics and geometric brick patterns.
