Parc Voyer d'Argenson, Urban park in Asnières-sur-Seine, France

The park extends over 8,400 square meters, featuring seven thirty-meter-tall plane trees and a water body surrounding a small island with a summer pavilion.

Between 1750 and 1752, Marquis Voyer d'Argenson established the park after acquiring the Seigneurie d'Asnières and twenty-three surrounding land plots.

Vincent van Gogh created multiple paintings of the park during his stay in Asnières in 1887, capturing its landscape and architectural elements.

The park sits between Rue du Château and Quai du Docteur-Dervaux, offering spaces for recreation and rest among century-old trees.

During the initial construction, workers uncovered multiple skeletons and tombs, revealing the location of an ancient Gallo-Roman cemetery.
