Krampus Expedition

Krampus Expedition is a water coaster at Nigloland in France that stretches approximately 600 meters and reaches heights of about 28 meters. The ride combines traditional roller coaster elements with water features, including a splashdown sequence and a tunnel passage through a Krampus head structure.

The water coaster opened in 2021 following construction that began in 2020 with significant investment from the park. The opening represented an important milestone in Nigloland's expansion of attractions.

The ride draws on Alpine folklore by presenting riders with a themed expedition through mountainous terrain in search of the mythological Krampus figure. This legendary creature plays an important role in traditions across Alpine regions and creates a distinctive character for the experience.

The ride suits visitors meeting a minimum height requirement of about 110 centimeters and operates in multi-passenger vehicles. Plan your visit to avoid peak times, and note that getting wet is part of the experience, so dress accordingly.
