Domaine nordique du Meygal

Domaine Nordique du Meygal is a cross-country ski resort offering more than 40 kilometers of marked trails through mountain forests. The terrain ranges across elevations where snow cover is reliable, with paths suited to beginner and experienced skiers alike.

The area developed over several decades as a destination for cross-country skiers seeking mountain terrain. The trails and facilities grew gradually to meet the needs of winter sports visitors to the region.

The resort maintains both traditional cross-country skiing paths and modern skating tracks, reflecting the evolution of Nordic skiing techniques in France.

Equipment rentals are available at the Chalet du Meygal for all ages and abilities. Parking is available on-site and the location is easily accessible by car for day visitors.

Some trails wind through sections dominated by fir and spruce trees native to the mountains. These forested passages create variety in the skiing experience and show the natural vegetation of the higher elevations.
