Pyhä-Luosto National Park, National park in Lapland, Finland.

Pyhä-Luosto National Park is a protected area spanning 142 square kilometers across hills, forests, and lakes in Lapland. The territory contains Finland's southernmost fell chain, where twelve peaks rise above 500 meters in elevation.

Pyhätunturi National Park was established in 1938, and the Luosto area was added later to form the unified park in 2005. This merger brought together two protected zones into one larger conservation area.

The Sámi people have shaped this land for centuries, and their heritage remains visible in how the territory is used today. Local communities continue traditional practices like reindeer herding and fishing within these spaces.

Marked trails throughout the park support hiking in summer and skiing in winter, with visitor centers offering maps and advice for all seasons. Routes range from short walks to longer treks, suitable for different fitness levels.

The Lampivaara Amethyst Mine allows visitors to explore an active quarry and see crystals in their natural setting. Nearby, the Isokuru gorge cuts deep into the landscape, making it one of the deepest ravines in the country.
