Desno Trebarjevo extends across 8.8 square kilometers of agricultural land along the eastern region of Sisak-Moslavina County, near the municipality of Martinska Ves.
The settlement reached its highest recorded population of 603 residents in 1910, when all inhabitants identified themselves as ethnic Croatians.
The settlement maintains connections with Croatian political figures Antun Radić and Stjepan Radić, who influenced the local community's development through their activities.
The settlement operates under postal code 44000 through the Sisak post office and follows Central European Time, with regular bus connections to neighboring municipalities.
Until 1948, a section of the current settlement called Desna Luka existed as an independent administrative entity before merging into Desno Trebarjevo.
