Ćipiko Palace is a Renaissance and Gothic building in Trogir featuring ornate facade details. The east side shows Gothic triple windows and decorated portals, while stonework combines different building periods and displays the wealth of its original residents.

The palace is a complex of several buildings joined over time; its oldest walls date from the early Middle Ages, and most of the complex was built in the 13th century. In the 15th century the humanist, soldier and writer Koriolan Ćipiko had it renovated, hiring Nikola Firentinac, Andrija Aleši and Ivan Duknović. It stands opposite Trogir Cathedral.

The palace takes its name from the Ćipiko family, whose member Koriolan Ćipiko was a 15th-century humanist, warrior and writer. He hired the leading artists of his day, Nikola Firentinac, Andrija Aleši and Ivan Duknović, to renovate and decorate the building, so the family's name is tied to the sculptors who worked here.

The palace sits directly across from Trogir Cathedral and is easy to find. You should allow about half an hour to explore the architecture and rooms.
