Church of St. George

The Church of St. George features a central dome and decorative elements characteristic of late 18th-century religious architecture in eastern Croatia.

The church construction was completed in 1799 and operates under the spiritual jurisdiction of the Eparchy of Srem based in Sremski Karlovci.

The building stands as a religious center for the Serbian Orthodox community, hosting regular services and traditional ceremonies throughout the year.

Visitors can find the church at coordinates 45°10′0″N and 19°9′0″E, with access available during designated prayer times and religious celebrations.

In 1945, the church grounds became a site of historical significance when 51 local residents lost their lives during events of World War II.
