Aquasziget

Aquasziget is a water park facility in Esztergom with ten different swimming areas maintained at different temperatures. The complex combines outdoor pools, indoor facilities, and sections with natural thermal waters designed for recreation and therapeutic purposes.

This facility first opened in 2005 and underwent major renovations before reopening in 2021. The modernization transformed the site into a contemporary recreation center while preserving its access to thermal resources.

The separate thermal bathing areas here reflect Hungary's deep tradition with natural hot springs, where locals and visitors use the warmer pools for relaxation and therapeutic purposes throughout the year.

The facility offers both covered areas and outdoor pools, allowing visitors to move between indoor and open-air sections depending on weather conditions. Plan to spend several hours exploring the different temperature zones and their various features.

The facility includes two water slides of different sizes and a dedicated naturist area for guests who prefer clothing-optional bathing. These sections are clearly separated and accommodate different visitor preferences.
