Aeropark, Aviation museum at Ferenc Liszt International Airport, Hungary
The Aeropark features 13 aircraft and 3 helicopters, displaying the evolution of Hungarian civil aviation from the 1940s to the 2000s.
The museum originated in 1988 when Hungary received an Ilyushin Il-14T aircraft from the Soviet army, initiating the creation of an aviation exhibition.
Former pilots and flight attendants share their experiences and knowledge with visitors, presenting the development of Hungarian commercial aviation through personal stories.
The museum operates seasonally with extended hours during summer months, offering guided tours, flight simulators, and access to aircraft interiors.
Visitors can experience flights aboard the world's only operational Li-2 aircraft, maintained through collaboration with the Goldtimer Foundation.
