Avondale House, Georgian manor house in County Wicklow, Ireland.
The three-story Avondale House features Georgian architectural elements with detailed plasterwork throughout its rooms and large windows overlooking forest grounds.
Built in 1777 by architect James Wyatt for Samuel Hayes, the estate later became the birthplace of Charles Stewart Parnell, a prominent Irish political leader.
The American Room contains furniture and memorabilia honoring Admiral Charles Stewart, who commanded the USS Constitution during the War of 1812.
Visitors can explore the house through guided tours from 10 AM to 5 PM daily, with access to exhibitions about the Parnell family legacy.
The surrounding 500-hectare forest park includes specimens of giant redwoods from California and Sitka spruce from British Columbia among its diverse tree collection.
