Fairview Park, Dublin

Fairview Park is a public park with sports fields, a children's playground, and a skatepark for visitors of all ages. Tree-lined paths connect the different areas, and seasonal flower gardens add color throughout the grounds.

The land was once tidal mud flats used for dumping waste in the early 1900s. Local authorities transformed it into a public park in 1934.

The park has a band pavilion where local musicians perform for visitors. Walking through connects you to nearby Bram Stoker Park, which marks where the famous author was born.

The park is easy to reach by bus and DART train service to the area. Multiple entrances around Fairview Avenue provide different access points for visitors arriving from various directions.

The park includes a living willow zen garden that creates a meditative space within the grounds. Next to this, a Traffic School offers an athletic track and football facilities that serve the local community for training.
