Fairview Park, Dublin, Public park in Fairview, Dublin, Ireland
The 20-hectare grounds contain sports fields, a children's playground, a skatepark, seasonal flower displays, and tree-lined walking paths throughout the property.
The land transformed from tidal mud flats used for landfill in the early 1900s to a developed public park in 1934 through municipal planning initiatives.
The park maintains a band pavilion for musical performances and connects to the nearby Bram Stoker Park, commemorating the birthplace of the Dracula author.
Visitors can access the park via DART train to Clontarf Road station or by taking bus routes 15, 31, or 42 to the Fairview entrance.
The park features a live willow zen garden and includes an adjacent Traffic School with a 400-meter athletic track and five-a-side football facilities.
