Opera Tower

Opera Tower is a contemporary structure with 23 floors rising 82 meters, featuring an L-shaped design with stepped levels. Inside, the building houses residential apartments, commercial spaces, and a rooftop swimming pool that overlooks the Mediterranean Sea.

The structure was completed in 1993, occupying the site of the former Tel Aviv Opera House that operated from 1958 to 1982. Its construction marked a shift from a dedicated cultural venue to a mixed-use development on the same location.

The building displays post-modern design with pointed arches and a gray marble colonnade that marks the architectural style of the 1990s. Its facade has become a recognizable landmark along Allenby Street, shaping how residents and visitors experience this part of the city.

The tower sits on Allenby Street, a central location that is easy to reach with good public transport connections. Visitors can explore the common areas or enjoy the views from the rooftop pool, depending on access availability.
