Isrotel Tower, Hotel and residential skyscraper on Hayarkon Street, Tel Aviv, Israel
Isrotel Tower is a 29-story building on Hayarkon Street right along the Mediterranean coast that rises 108 meters high. It holds 90 hotel suites in its lower section and 62 residential apartments in the upper levels, creating a mixed-use structure.
The building was completed in 1997 and designed by A Gvirtzman Architects. It was constructed on the former site of the Gan Rina Theatre, which had occupied this location before.
The building shows how Tel Aviv transformed into a modern city where tourists and residents live side by side in central locations. This mixing of hotel and residential spaces reflects the way the city has grown to balance both hospitality and permanent housing.
The hotel offers different room types, a rooftop pool, and dining facilities with multilingual staff available. Being on the main coastal street makes it easy to reach, and the mixed-use design means visitors can find various amenities within the building.
The tower features an unusual circular design with a 29-meter diameter that rests on a narrow base. This distinctive shape creates a memorable silhouette against the city skyline and sets it apart from the rectangular skyscrapers around it.
