The plaza hosts annual state ceremonies on Memorial Day and Independence Day, gathering thousands of citizens to honor fallen soldiers.
Visitors can access the plaza through metal entrance gates that remain open daily, leading to a 250-meter path toward the main ceremonial area.
The plaza contains a memorial pool shaped like a ship, commemorating 140 Jewish soldiers who perished aboard SS Erinpura during World War II.
