JRD Tata established the center in 1966, transforming a 1918 residential property into an educational institution for management development.
The center delivers 250 annual programs conducted by faculty from academia and business sectors, shaping management practices across India.
The residential facility accommodates 60 participants and includes two lecture halls, two seminar rooms, and a library with management resources.
The institution received the Golden Peacock National Training Award for 2007-08, recognizing its contributions to training and development.
