Niavaran Park

The 62,000-square-meter park features extensive fountains spanning 3,320 square meters, with 8,000 square meters of flowers and 20,000 square meters of grass fields.

The park, established in 1969 through a directive from Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, stands adjacent to the former royal residences of Qajar and Pahlavi dynasties.

The park grounds contain the Niavaran Public Library and Children's Cultural Center, which provide educational resources and activities for the local community.

Visitors can access various recreational facilities including playgrounds, sports equipment, chess tables, ping pong areas, and four large pools throughout the park.

A canal constructed in 2000 supplies water to the park directly from the Niyavaran aqueduct, maintaining its extensive water features and green spaces.
