Rashkan Castle

Rashkan Castle is an ancient fortress in Ray County whose walls rise between 5 and 10 meters high, built from a mixture of lime plaster, ash, and stone. The structure displays typical features of Parthian architecture and sits near other historical sites including the Shah-Abdol-Azim shrine.
