Santa Caterina da Siena a Via Giulia, Parish church in Via Giulia, Rome, Italy.

The church features a single nave with two lateral chapels, crowned by a barrel vault decorated with detailed stucco work by Giovanni Battista Marchetti.

Built in 1526 to designs by Baldassarre Peruzzi, the church underwent complete reconstruction from 1766 to 1775 under architect Paolo Posi due to Tiber flooding damage.

The facade displays sculptures of Romulus, Remus, and the wolf, connecting Roman mythology to Siena's founding narrative through architectural symbolism.

The church basement contains a cemetery belonging to the Sienese Archconfraternity, accessed through a courtyard leading to an oratory with Saint Catherine's statue.

A large fresco by Lorenzo Pecheux de Lyon from 1773 decorates the apsidal basin, depicting Gregory XI's return from Avignon, a key event in papal history.
