Casa Venier

Casa Venier is a palace located on the northeastern side of Campo Santa Maria Formosa, displaying International Gothic features across its facade. The building showcases typical Venetian architectural details that define this central public square.

The palace was built in the 15th century and served as the home of the Venier family, an influential aristocratic line in Venice. From this residence came Sebastiano Venier, who later held significant positions within the city's republic.
