Castello Visconteo, Medieval castle in Pagazzano, Italy.
The rectangular fortress features three preserved towers on its northern side, with elegant brick walls and battlements surrounding a central courtyard.
The initial fortress, documented in 1186, underwent transformation between 1450 and 1475 under the Visconti family, who modified it from a 14th-century fortification.
The castle maintains exhibits about Italian rural traditions through collections managed by the Gruppo della Civiltà Contadina organization.

A 12-meter-wide dry moat encircles the castle, with water levels controlled through a sluice gate connected to the Brembilla canal system.
