Chiesa del Luogo Pio

Chiesa del Luogo Pio is a former baroque church with a rectangular shape roughly 18 meters long and 9 meters wide, featuring a simple gabled facade with decorative accents. The building occupies a pedestrian square in the Venezia neighborhood and now operates within the city museum network.

The building was constructed between 1713 and 1715 by architect Giovanni del Fantasia and originally served as part of an orphanage complex for young girls in the city. Its purpose evolved over time until it became integrated into the municipal cultural system.
