Chiesa di San Miro

The church features three naves divided by pillars, each ending in a quadrangular apse, with a square bell tower rising in the southeast corner.

The structure, originally dedicated to Saint Michael, underwent major expansion between 1452 and 1456 after the discovery of Saint Miro's remains in the church.

The interior walls display frescoes from different periods, including 15th-century paintings of Madonna with Child and the Crucifixion on the left wall.

The church stands at 319 meters above sea level and visitors can reach it by walking along an ancient mule track branching from the Antica Via Regina.

The church houses the oldest bell in the Diocese of Como, crafted in 1523 and preserved in the right nave.
