Castello di Torregalli, Baroque castle in Florence, Italy

The castle sits between the Arno and Greve rivers, featuring stone octagonal pillars, arched openings, and an internal courtyard with medieval battlements.

First documented in 1427, the property belonged to Francesco di Filippo di Loso de' Nerli before being sold to Counts Matteo and Lorenzo Galli in 1623.

The main hall contains frescoes by Baccio del Bianco depicting pastoral love stories from literature, executed during the early 17th century renovation.

Located at Via di Scandicci 301, the castle opens its garden and frescoed halls to visitors on the second Sunday of each month.

The garden once featured three nymphs and decorative elements recorded in a 1714 cabreo, documenting the estate's landscaping components.
