Monte San Martino

Monte San Martino is a mountain summit in northeastern Italy reaching approximately 987 meters, situated in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region. The peak offers sweeping views across surrounding valleys and adjacent mountains.

During World War I, the mountain served as a key observation post for Italian forces monitoring the border with Austria-Hungary. Its strategic location made it essential for military operations in the region.
