Palazzo Borromeo d'Adda, Neoclassical palazzo in Via Manzoni, Milan, Italy.

The palazzo displays a long facade with twenty-five windows on the piano nobile, adorned with alternating triangular and curved tympanums above each opening point.

Count Febo Borromeo D'Adda commissioned architect Gerolamo Arganini to renovate the existing 18th-century building in 1820, completing the work in 1825.

The internal architecture of the palazzo made such an impact on French novelist Stendhal that he documented his feelings upon entering the monumental staircase.

The building stands at Via Alessandro Manzoni 39, featuring three entrance portals with the central one enhanced by double columns in pink granite.

Two internal courtyards define the palazzo's layout, with one transformed into a garden space complementing the architectural elements of the structure.
