The Biblioteca Antoniana contains 80,000 volumes of books and manuscripts within its classical architectural structure next to Basilica del Santo.
Founded in the late 16th century, this library has maintained its original collection through centuries, surviving threats including Napoleon's attempts to remove manuscripts.
The library holds substantial collections of Hebrew works from the 1500s and musical manuscripts, including 24 large illuminated antiphonaries from the 1300s.

The library's main hall features decorative works from the early 1700s, including a central rosette created by Ferdinando Focchi in 1702.
