Riserva naturale orientata Isola delle Femmine is a protected nature reserve on a small island near Palermo with steep limestone cliffs and Mediterranean vegetation. The terrain includes coastal shrubland and plants adapted to saline conditions.

The island contains remains of an ancient fish processing site from the 4th century BC and an observation tower built in the 16th century. These structures document human settlement across different historical periods.
