Villa La Rondinella

Villa La Rondinella is a residential building in Buonconvento designed with a four-sided layout and brick walls decorated with colorful ceramic pieces and artistic elements. The interior and exterior both display this ornamentation throughout the structure.

Construction of the villa started in 1910 under Louis Xavier Ricci's oversight, with architect Gino Clerics designing the building. This early 1900s project shaped how the structure was built and how it looks today.

Local stories tell of a white figure said to appear on the villa's tower, making it the subject of ghost tales in the Buonconvento area. These legends add a mysterious quality to the place that intrigues visitors.
