The villa, constructed in 1903 by architect Camillo Crespi Balbi, belonged to Enrico Ottolini, son of a local cotton mill owner.
The interior displays early 1900s design with polychromatic floors, wall frescoes, and decorated ceilings featuring exposed wooden beams.
Located at Via Alessandro Volta 6, the villa currently houses the Department of Culture and remains open for guided tours.
The eastern gate exhibits intricate wrought iron works by Alessandro Mazzucotelli, incorporating leaf and horse chestnut decorative patterns.
