Villa Puccini di Scornio

Villa Puccini di Scornio features elegant halls decorated with frescoes by Florentine artists, including works by Giovanni Domenico Ferretti and Giuseppe Bezzuoli.

Tommaso Puccini, a physician at the Florentine grand-ducal court, commissioned architect Francesco Maria Gatteschi to design the villa in the early 18th century.

During the 19th century, Niccolò Puccini transformed the villa into a meeting place for intellectuals and writers of the Italian Risorgimento period.

The villa currently houses the Teodulo Mabellini Municipal School of Music and Dance, with rental spaces available for up to 70 people.

The surrounding park, created between 1821 and 1844, contains statues of Italian intellectuals, artificial lakes, and architectural structures representing different civilization periods.
