Villa San Fermo

Villa San Fermo stands on the final slopes of the Berici Hills, surrounded by a 30-hectare park that includes seven hectares of vineyards.

The site originated as a Benedictine abbey in the tenth century before becoming a monastery, then transforming into a noble residence owned by the Contarini family.

The villa maintains its Venetian Renaissance architecture with decorated ceilings, including the Hall of Doves painted by Luigi Villi and numerous interior frescoes.

The property functions as a guest house managed by Padri Pavoniani, offering 54 rooms with modern amenities and spaces for events, meetings, and ceremonies.

The complex features a monumental Entrance of the Rivers and two original pavilions that served as servant quarters during the estate's noble period.
