Villa Valcerasa is a Renaissance residence in Treia with a central noble structure and two extending side wings. The front facade displays elegant arches and porticos characteristic of the period.

Construction of the property occurred between 1794 and 1816, though its origins trace to the 13th century through connections to Blessed Pietro da Treia. The later building phase represents changes that took place over several centuries.

The chapel, dedicated to the Virgin Mother of God under the Grimaldi in 1739, is flanked by an octagonal domed chapel, a sacristy and a bell tower. The officiating religious lived in the wing beside it, so the estate held its own place of worship.

The property sits in a rural setting, roughly 6 kilometers from Treia's town center and about 20 kilometers from Macerata. The gentler months offer easier access to the grounds and gardens for visitors.
