Santi Gregorio e Siro, Renaissance parish church in Porto district, Bologna, Italy.

The church displays an unadorned exterior facade with the Ghisilieri family shield, complemented by a bell tower adapted from a medieval structure.

The construction began in 1533 under architects Tibaldo Tibaldi and Giovanni Antonio, with modifications continuing through 1550 and consecration in 1579.

The interior houses significant artworks, including Denys Calvaert's 1581 altarpiece depicting St Gregory presenting the bleeding Eucharist to a heretic.

The church stands at Via Montegrappa 15 in central Bologna, featuring five bells in the tower and multiple decorated chapels for visitors.

The remains of physicist Marcello Malpighi rest within the church walls, adding scientific significance to this religious structure.
