Mühle Rieper

The Rieper mill operates with automated storage facilities capable of holding 3000 pallets and processes approximately 170 tons of grain into flour daily.

Founded in 1910, the mill expanded its operations after World War I with a new building, marking its transition into the Italian territory of South Tyrol.

The mill complex incorporates artistic installations by local artists Heiner Gschwendt and Albert Mellauner, representing the company's philosophy through various mediums.

The facility maintains a grain silo with 43 cells storing between 25 and 100 tons each, plus a flour silo containing 600 tons of processed flour.

The feed production plant, constructed in 2000, stands 40 meters tall and produces 25 tons of animal feed per hour through its specialized systems.
