The museum operates within the Marinelli Foundry, which has maintained continuous bell production since the Middle Ages, making it one of the oldest family businesses in Europe.

The museum exhibits include the 1664 Dutch treatise 'De Tintinnabulis', considered essential reading material for bell makers throughout European history.

The facility offers guided tours at 12:00 and 16:00 during winter months, with additional tours at 11:00 and 17:00 during August, requiring advance booking for groups.

At the conclusion of each visit, staff members perform a bell-ringing ceremony remembering the 2002 Molise earthquake victims.
