Palazzo Archinto, Baroque palazzo near Porta Ticinese, Milan, Italy

The palace features eight main rooms on the piano nobile with frescoes created by Giovanni Battista Tiepolo and Vittorio Maria Bigari.

The Archinto family acquired the palace through marriage in 1674 when Camilla Stampa and Filippo Archinto united their households.

The interior spaces reflect the architectural preferences of seventeenth-century Milanese nobility with elaborate decorative elements and spatial arrangements.

Located on Via Olmetto 6, the palace currently belongs to the Azienda di Servizi alla Persona Golgi-Redaelli institution.

Between 1862 and 1863, the extensive art collection of the Archinto family was dispersed due to financial difficulties of Giuseppe Archinto.
