Villino Maria Luisa is a villa at Via Tamburini 8 in Milan, built from 1906 as an example of Milanese Art Nouveau with eclectic, Neo-Gothic and Neo-Renaissance touches. Its ground floor has stone decoration, while the first floor carries a blue mosaic depicting a night sky with golden stars; the sides show vases of flowers.

Villino Maria Luisa was built from 1906 on a deliberately simple structural base, an example of Milanese Liberty that already shows eclectic, neo-Gothic and neo-Renaissance contamination. Its wrought-iron gate was made by master blacksmith Alessandro Mazzucotelli (1865-1938), considered among his best works and among the finest iron pieces in the city.

The wrought iron details at the gates and balconies show the floral patterns that early 1900s Milanese craftspeople loved to create. These elements reveal how much local artists drew from nature when designing the things around them.

The villa is located on Via Tamburini 8 and can be easily reached by metro. The neighborhood is well-connected to other parts of the city, and the area is best explored on foot to appreciate the architecture.
