The Casa del Balilla exhibits rationalist architecture with exposed bricks, polished serizzo stone, marble elements, and large windows across two floors.
Engineer Giuseppe Moro and architect Giorgio Laneve designed this structure, which opened in December 1933 under National Balilla Opera President Renato Ricci.
The building contained the largest gymnasium in Lombardy, along with facilities for fencing, a library, and spaces dedicated to youth activities.
