The building demonstrates the integration of urban farming practices, with residents maintaining small gardens and fruit-bearing plants on their terraces.
The structure includes 63 apartments with flexible layouts, utilizing geothermal systems for heating and cooling, plus rainwater collection for plant irrigation.
Each apartment contains irregularly shaped terraces with large planters, creating different levels of vegetation that change appearance through seasonal cycles.
