Museo della Frutta, Technology museum in San Salvario, Turin, Italy.

The Museo della Frutta displays over 1,000 artificial fruit models crafted with precision, including apples, pears, peaches, apricots, plums, and various grape varieties.

The museum occupies the former Royal Agricultural Chemistry Station, established in 1871, which transformed into the Experimental Institute for Plant Nutrition in 1967.

The exhibition spaces recreate original analysis laboratories, collection rooms, a library, and the director's office, presenting the scientific development of agricultural research.

Located at Via Pietro Giuria 15, the museum welcomes visitors Monday through Saturday from 10:00 to 18:00, with admission prices of €3 for adults.

The artificial fruit collection, created by Francesco Garnier Valletti between 1850 and 1890, serves as a scientific catalog documenting historical fruit varieties.
