Spiaggia di Scaglieri

Spiaggia di Scaglieri is a coastal beach on Elba Island featuring golden sand and clear water that remains shallow far from shore into the Mediterranean. The shoreline is framed by tall cliffs that rise dramatically along the northern side of the beach.

This beach formed through natural erosion of granite porphyries and minerals from surrounding cliffs over thousands of years. This geological process is characteristic of Elba Island's volcanic and rocky heritage.

Nearby restaurants serve traditional Tuscan seafood that reflects the island's connection to the sea and its daily catches. The food culture here is deeply rooted in what local fishermen bring ashore.
