Minoh, Residential city in Osaka Prefecture, Japan
Located in northwestern Osaka Prefecture, Minō extends across 47.90 square kilometers with a population density of 2,900 persons per square kilometer.
The area transformed from a village to a town in 1948, and later merged with Toyokawa village to achieve city status in 1956.
The Buddhist temple Katsuō-ji displays an extensive collection of Daruma dolls, representing determination and perseverance in Japanese traditions.
The Hankyu Railway connects Minō to central Osaka, with trains departing from Umeda Station reaching the city in approximately 30 minutes.
Meiji no Mori Minō Park contains a 33-meter waterfall where visitors can observe wild monkeys in their natural environment.
