Midori-ku

Midori-ku extends across 253.8 square kilometers in the western section of Sagamihara, constituting 77 percent of the total city territory.

The ward formation occurred on April 1, 2010, when Sagamihara received the designation of a government ordinance city, leading to its administrative reorganization.
