Yuki District, Administrative district in Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan
The district spans across 58.99 square kilometers of land in the western region of Ibaraki Prefecture, containing the municipality of Yachiyo.
Established on December 2, 1878, Yuki District emerged from the reorganization of Okada and Toyoda districts, which were merged in April 1896.
The district forms part of Ibaraki Prefecture, a region recognized for traditional fabric production techniques and fermented soybean manufacturing.
Located at coordinates 36°11'5"N and 139°53'42"E, the district maintains strong transportation connections with major cities including Mito and Tsukuba.
The district's position near the Kinugawa River creates a geographical separation between it and other parts of Ibaraki Prefecture.
